4. CLOUD INSURANCE SERVICES

  • Services for an additional fee of 20% monthly billing, no minimum required
  • Provide Troubleshooting alert and Security breach monitoring by default
  • When an incident happens, customers get refunded for X% (X% varies per solution per customer) and free 1 month of Cloud Managed Services

5. CLOUD OPTIMIZATION SERVICES

  • Available upon request for a fix fee of 1,000$ per session, outcome committed including:
    • 5% billing reduction (calculated by averaging 3-month blocks)
    • 20% alarm reduction for threats detection in GCP default Comparison Chart
  • Refunded if the result doesn’t meet commitment

6. CLOUD MIGRATION PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (ON-PREM)

  • Applied for Migration of any workload using any technology from On-Prem architecture to GCP
  • Might required re-architecting, POC for 1-month GCP consumption covered in this case
  • Hourly rate ranging from 40$ – 78$ for different kinds of On-Prem Technologies

7. CLOUD MIGRATION PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (CLOUD TO CLOUD)

  • Applied for Migration of any workload currently on AWS, Azure, Linode, OVH, Alibaba, Digital Ocean
  • No re-architecting required, POC for 6-month GCP consumption covered in this case.
  • Hourly rate of 40$

8. CLOUD DATA WAREHOUSING & ANALYTICS SERVICES

  • Build new or modernize existing Data Warehouse using GCP/AWS

Ghi chú:

Business Support and Managed Services basic difference: Business Support commit to answer to customer problems and have Technical Account Manager on standby to help them solve it (the customers still have to solve it by themselves). Managed Services however commit to solve customer problems in their place with TAM always ready.

As for details of Services 6 + 7 + 8, we will need to build a TCO Calculator (Total cost of Ownership) for the customer. It will make sense for the investment if the 3-year TCO using our service is cheaper than their current OpEx.
